Cheddar Bob is located in Jersey City, NJ. He was left outside of an animal shelter, and is now in foster learning to love being an indoor cat! Cheddar Bob can still be shy and uncertain, and his adopter will need to be patient while he adjusts to his new home. After a few weeks in his foster home, he has really blossomed and now demands petting. Right this moment, thank you very much! Cheddar Bob is still figuring out cat toys, but he adores chin scritches, cat treats, yoga, and exploring his territory. You will have to be aware when cooking, as he likes to jump up on the counters, and has been exploring the shower and the dryer. This handsome boy has definite lapcat potential, but is not quite there yet. Currently, he is comfortable with petting while sharing the couch. Kisses confuse him. He was very good with his foster’s 18 month old nephew, and is gentle even when being picked up to remove him from the counters. He occasionally chirps and purrs, but is not particularly vocal or loud.
