General is a very friendly, talkative, and playful young man, and he’ll roll on his back for belly rubs! He seems to be fine with other cats, and he also did well when tested with the dogs in his foster home. He would probably do well in a home with children, as well. General also has a very good appetite and uses the litter box like a good boy!
